FORMATTING
The ASP Express Standard of formatting entails several pieces.

1. If a section of text is highlighted before formatting is applied, the formatting is applied around it.
2. If there is no section of text highlighted, generally, the cursor ends up in between the open and close tags.
3. If a selection was made, the selection will remain after the formatting has been applied in order to apply more types of formatting easily without having to re-select the text.
